Yes. Every product sold on SeoulDew is sourced directly and sold sealed, in original packaging. We never sell tester units, decanted products, or unverified grey-market stock.

We accept cash on delivery (COD), direct bank transfer, and JazzCash. You'll choose your preferred method at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped nationwide via PostEx. Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) typically receive orders within 2-3 business days; other areas may take 3-5 business days.

Shipping is free on orders over Rs. 5,000. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping charge shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

COD is available in all cities served by PostEx. If COD isn't available at your address for any reason, you'll be notified before checkout is completed and can choose bank transfer or JazzCash instead.

Yes, unopened and unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products can only be returned if the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective. See our full returns and exchanges policy for details.

You'll receive a PostEx tracking number by SMS and email once your order ships. You can also check your order status any time on our track your order page.

We currently carry Medicube, SKIN1004, Anua, and Dr. Althea, with more Korean skincare brands added regularly.

Not yet. SeoulDew currently ships nationwide within Pakistan only.
