Courier partner

All SeoulDew orders are shipped nationwide across Pakistan via PostEx, a trusted courier for cash-on-delivery and prepaid orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to PostEx within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following business day.

Delivery time

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2-3 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates from PostEx and may vary during sales events, public holidays, or severe weather.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders over Rs. 5,000. Orders under this amount have a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on delivery

COD is available on all orders within PostEx's delivery network. Please have the exact order total ready for the rider. A COD handling fee, if applicable, will always be shown at checkout, never added afterward.

Order tracking

You'll receive your PostEx tracking number by SMS and email once your order ships. Track your shipment any time on our track your order page.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address details, though we'll always try to help resolve it with you.
