Track your order

There are two ways to check your order status:

1. Shopify order status page

Every order confirmation email and SMS includes a direct "Track order" link — that's the fastest way to see live status. If you checked out with an account, you can also see all past orders below.

2. PostEx tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a PostEx tracking number by SMS and email. Enter it directly on PostEx's tracking page to see live delivery status.
