The Medicube Red Succinic Acid Peel is a gentle yet effective chemical exfoliant formulated around Succinic Acid, a lesser-known but highly effective organic acid that offers the exfoliating and pore-clearing benefits of BHA and AHA with significantly lower irritation potential. This wash-off peeling serum is developed as part of Medicube's Red Line for acne-prone and sensitive skin types.

Succinic Acid has demonstrated clinically comparable results to Salicylic Acid for reducing acne lesions and improving skin texture, while producing substantially less dryness, redness, and sensitivity. This makes it a particularly well-suited option for those who have experienced irritation from conventional BHA exfoliants or who have a compromised skin barrier.

The formula targets clogged pores by dissolving the bond between dead skin cells and the pore lining, releasing trapped sebum and debris that lead to blackheads, congestion, and breakouts. Regular use results in visibly smoother texture, reduced pore appearance, and a more even complexion.

How to Use

Apply a small amount to cleansed, dry skin. Leave on for five to ten minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow with toner and moisturiser. Use two to three times weekly. Always apply SPF the following morning.
